About Loan Plan

Formed in Auckland in 1989, as a specialist residential mortgage consultancy, Loan Plan has evolved to provide a full range of services to its clients throughout New Zealand. Our aim is to provide financial services to our clients in an integrated way, covering property funding, asset protection and wealth creation.

Loan Plan is well known and highly respected in the finance arena. In fact, a recent Colmar Brunton survey found that Loan Plan was among the top 10 most recognised names in the mortgage broking field
